Imagine understanding why you feel the way you do—and actually knowing what to do about it.
Many of the clients I work with are people who have done some kind of healing work or searching before coming here—therapy, self-reflection, or exploring a deep curiosity about themselves.
On the outside, things may look fine, but inside is a whole different story. You're stuck in patterns that don’t feel good—constantly taking on other people’s emotions, struggling with boundaries, or feeling like your needs always come second. Maybe old wounds are showing up in your relationships, or you’re caught in complicated dynamics that are making you feel anxious, irritable, or just… “off.”
You want to feel more settled, more in sync with yourself, clearer on what you need, and how to ask for it. That’s exactly what we can work on together.

I’ll meet you where you are and guide you toward real healing.
How I work
This is much more than talking through problems—it’s changing the way you experience yourself, your relationships, and your life.
Traditional therapy can sometimes feel stagnant.
That’s not me. If I see something getting in your way, I’m going to name it. This active, engaged approach of mine can help you understand not just what you’re struggling with, but why. We’ll explore how your patterns have formed, how they’re affecting you now, and what it really takes to shift them. My goal is to guide you to a place where you no longer feel stuck and, ultimately, no longer need therapy.
I tailor my approach to what each person truly needs—whether that’s slowing down and noticing what’s happening in your body, understanding deep emotional patterns, or using modalities like somatic work, EMDR, or parts work. Some clients need to talk, some need to feel, some need to move. My goal is to bring you in, take a real look at what’s happening, and understand the parts of your story that led you here. Whatever the process looks like and whatever you need, I’m here to help you step into a life where you feel capable, connected, and whole.
What you should know about working with me:
I believe you aren’t broken. You don’t need to be “fixed.”
I want to work myself out of a job. I’m always here for you, but you don’t have to be here forever.
I know that naming the hard stuff is uncomfortable—but it’s how we move forward.
Feeling is part of healing. Talking alone won’t cut it.
I integrate somatic work to help you connect with your body and emotions for deeper healing.
I won’t waste your time. Here, we do the real work.

What is Integrative therapy?
Integrative therapy is a flexible, holistic approach that blends different therapeutic perspectives to meet you where you are. Rather than following a rigid model, it’s about creating space to slow down, breathe, and truly notice what’s happening inside you: what you feel, what you want, and how connected you are to yourself.
From the very first session, we focus on witnessing and observing, not just analyzing problems but really getting in touch with your emotional and physical reality. We start with what’s happening today—your symptoms, experiences, and reactions. These are the doorways into understanding the deeper emotions, energy, and experiences that need our attention and healing. Therapy is not something I do to you; it’s a collaborative process where you can learn to listen to what both your body and mind are telling you.
Instead of setting for just “feeling better,” integrative therapy paves the way for lasting change.

Why I do what I do
I have overcome my own mental health and physical health struggles. The way that I work with clients—connecting with the body to better integrate the mind, body, and spirit—was the process that I was introduced to years ago after a serious health crisis. My old ways of coping just didn’t work anymore. Medicine was failing me. Therapy wasn’t making a difference. It was this unique blend of somatic (body-based) psychotherapy and intuitive guidance that finally allowed me to slow down, tune in, and get free. Now, I want to support you in experiencing that same freedom.
